Cancellations

Please try to provide as much notice as possible when cancelling or rescheduling appointments.  To help you we will send an email reminder 48 hours before so that you can let us know if there is a problem.


  • Appointments cancelled more than 24 hours in advance will not be charged. 

  • Appointments with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at up to fifty percent of the appointment fee. 

  • Appointments cancelled with less than one hours notice or failure to attend a scheduled appointment will be charged at the full appointment fee. 


Charging for cancellations is not something we like to do, but as a small buisness who provides assessments which are not time limited we will have reserved the space and time for you. Therefore it will not be possible for us to offer the time for another family or individual with such short notice.
